Make Art With Jackie!
Classes will be informal, informative and fun. With a maximum of six students, group classes are small, so that everyone gets adequate one-on-one time with the instructor. Group classes are geared toward adults and high school level students.
Additionally, private lessons are available in blocks of three focused hours of art theory and practice, along with breaks, as the student requires. Refreshments provided for all sessions.
Group Lessons
Get ready to have fun in a lively and creative group experience. By signing up for a group lesson, you’ll enjoy the fun of painting with other inspired artists. We will focus on specific themes, such as clouds, flowers and landscapes. Instruction, demonstrations and guidance are tailored to meet each student’s needs as they arise.October Session:Each Wednesday in October (the 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th) 5 to 8 p.m. |
November Session:Each Wednesday in November (the 2nd, 9th,16th, and 23rd) 5 to 8 p.m. |
Cost: $195.00 for 4 weeks
Group Lesson Students have access to Open Studio Hours at no charge.
Monthly One Day Workshops
These one-day workshops are jam packed with creative ideas designed to get your creative juices flowing, and here is how it works:
Once a month, I will offer a five-hour outdoor workshop, in beautifully scenic locations, where we can explore landscape printing from the inside out, weather permitting, OR we may retreat to my warm, indoor, comfy studio with flowing hot chocolate, and more, if the weather has its wintry ways. Either way, you will be guaranteed to be painting, and that’s all that matters!
One Day Workshop:
Fall Painting in Red Rocks Park
Saturday, October 22nd
10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Cost: $75.00 per class.
Private Lessons
Private lessons can be booked any time by appointment with Jackie. Students will bring their own paints, brushes and paper to each class. A materials list will be provided with the recommended supplies that are designed to get you fully equipped for six or more weeks of classes and practice time at home.
Cost: $25.00 per hour, or $65 per three hour session.
Open Studio Hours:
Every Friday, beginning September 3rd through December 3rd
5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Cost: $25.00 per three hour session. Pay at time of visit.
Cancellation Policy
If you miss a class, there will be no make up dates. However, you’re always welcomed to come to Open Studio to discuss what you missed and we can get you up to date with your class, and moving you ahead toward your artistic goals.
If you sign up and pay for a class, and need to cancel prior to the start of your session, you may get a refund if you cancel within one week of the starting date.
If you decide to cancel after that, there will be no cash refunds, but you may use your payment toward future classes.
